Operated by: Turbo IELTS · turboieltsprep@gmail.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mocktest.turboielts.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Platform, including account registration, test credits, mock tests, AI-powered evaluations, and all associated services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About This Platform

TurboIELTS Mock Test Platform provides computer-delivered IELTS mock tests covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The Platform uses AI technology to evaluate Written and Spoken responses and provide band score feedback.

This Platform operates independently from turboielts.com (our main course website). Separate accounts are required for each platform.

3. Independent Preparation Service

TurboIELTS Mock Test Platform is an independent exam preparation service. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, or IDP Education Australia.

IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge ESOL, the British Council, and IDP Education Australia. All content on this Platform is for educational and practice purposes only. For official IELTS policies and registration, users should refer directly to the official IELTS organisations.

4. Eligibility

You must be 16 years of age or older to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before making a purchase.

5. Account Registration

You must create an account to access mock tests. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration details including a valid email address
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Account sharing, the distribution of login credentials, or the creation of multiple accounts to circumvent credit purchases is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation.

6. Test Credits and Payments

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Razorpay and are required to access paid mock tests.

  • One test attempt deducts one credit from your account balance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Credits are deducted at the point of starting a paid test.
  • If a paid test is abandoned before completion, a credit refund may be issued at our discretion depending on the stage reached. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • Free tests (if available) do not require credits.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods made available through Razorpay's platform.

7. AI-Powered Evaluation

Your Writing and Speaking responses are evaluated by an AI system (powered by OpenAI) that generates band score estimates and feedback. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated band scores are estimates only and are not official IELTS scores.
  • AI evaluation may not perfectly replicate the judgement of a human IELTS examiner.
  • Results from this Platform cannot be submitted to universities, immigration authorities, employers, or any official body as evidence of English proficiency.
  • The band scores provided are intended solely to guide your preparation.

8. Audio Recording — Speaking Tests

By proceeding with a Speaking test, you grant TurboIELTS a limited licence to:

  • Record your voice via your browser microphone for the duration of the Speaking test
  • Transmit and process the recording via OpenAI Whisper for transcription
  • Use the transcript for AI-based band score evaluation

Audio recordings are deleted automatically within 7 days of your test attempt. You can request earlier deletion by contacting turboieltsprep@gmail.com.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service dependencies (including Supabase, OpenAI, and Razorpay). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including question sets, UI design, code, scoring algorithms, and related materials, is the intellectual property of Turbo IELTS. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute your account credentials
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Platform
  • Submit false, abusive, or misleading information
  • Attempt to circumvent credit deductions or payment flows

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

12. Performance Disclaimer

While our mock tests and AI feedback are designed to support IELTS preparation, we make no guarantee of specific band scores, exam results, admission outcomes, visa approvals, or employment success. Individual results depend on learner effort, English language ability, and many other factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TurboIELTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including lost test data, failed evaluations due to technical errors, or payment processing issues.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant test credit(s).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which TurboIELTS operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team at turboieltsprep@gmail.com.
